Our two expert panelists were Aradhana Sarin, MBBS, MBA, and Suneet Varma, MBA. Dr. Sarin is the CFO and Executive Director of AstraZeneca. She began her career as a medical doctor, practicing in India and Africa. Since then, she has built a career in global healthcare systems, capital markets, and strategic transactions, with more than 20 years of experience at global financial institutions.
Suneet is the Commercial President of Pfizer Oncology. He started his career as an engineer, but soon pivoted to business roles, and has since had a highly successful career spanning over 20 years in healthcare. Today, Suneet oversees an industry-leading portfolio of over 25 approved innovative cancer medicines and biosimilars and is focused on delivering a next wave of breakthroughs in breast cancer, genitourinary cancers, hematology-oncology, and thoracic cancers, which includes lung cancer.
